| Description | Step 1: Submit your consignment items to us along with clear photos showing the product from all angles (top, bottom, front, and back). Please also include details regarding any damages, as well as any accompanying bags, boxes, receipts, or product identification cards. Once we receive your item, we will prepare a quotation. Ship your items to us via SF EXPRESS. Step 2: The consignment period lasts for three months. If you wish to retrieve your items during this period, you must notify us at least 96 hours in advance by phone and bring the consignment contract to the store to collect your items. If you request to retrieve your items within 7 days of consignment, an administrative fee of HK$500 will be charged. Step 3: For items sold at a price below HK$6000.00, a fixed commission of HK$500.00 will be charged. For items sold at a price above HK$6000.00, a 9% commission based on the selling price will be applied. |
